Sicily
Poster Design // Photography // Illustration
Making my way through Sicily solo for three weeks, I found myself drawn to the patterns that seemed to be woven into the island - on crumbling mosaics, hand-painted ceramics, even the faded facades of old buildings. Sicily, shaped by Greek, Islamic, and Norman influences, holds its history in these details, each motif a quiet echo of the past.
Drawing from this inspiration, I designed a series of collectible cards - small artefacts that transcend the idea of a traditional souvenir. Each piece serves as a window into Sicily’s layered history, distilling its cultural influences into design elements that transform a keepsake into an immersive journey through time and heritage.
